Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms apply when you create an account and use Abundify. By signing up, you agree to them, including the disclaimer you accept during signup (reproduced under "Not professional advice" below).

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you invite team or family members, you're responsible for what role you assign them and what access that grants.

2. Plans and billing

Abundify offers a free plan and paid plans (Family, Business) billed monthly via Stripe — see Pricing for current plans and features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings > Billing; you'll keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the Free plan. We don't offer partial-period refunds except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Abundify for anything unlawful, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
  • Attempt to access another organisation's data without authorisation.
  • Interfere with the app's operation (e.g. attempting to overload or break it).
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter into Abundify. We don't claim ownership over your financial records, and you can export or delete them at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Not professional advice

Abundify is a bookkeeping and record-keeping tool, not a law firm, registered tax agent, or accounting practice. Nothing generated by this app — including GST/BAS calculations, summaries, reports, or exports — constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and using it does not create an advisory, professional, or fiduciary relationship between you and Abundify or its owner/operator.

6. Your data, your responsibility

All figures are calculated from the information you enter. Abundify does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of anything you input. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records and for reviewing all figures before lodging with the ATO, filing with any authority, or relying on them for any business or financial decision.

7. No warranty

Abundify is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except for any guarantee that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abundify, its owner, and operator are not liable for any loss, damage, penalty, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of this app or reliance on the information it generates. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page, and — for changes to the core disclaimer — require re-acceptance on next login.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
