Built for the sole traders and small businesses who've outgrown a spreadsheet but don't need — or want to pay for — full accounting software.
Abundify started from a simple frustration: existing tools make you choose between doing your books on a spreadsheet (and dreading BAS time) or paying for accounting software built for double-entry bookkeeping you don't actually need. There wasn't a middle option that just showed you where your money was going and kept your GST straight — so we built one.
We're an Australian team, building this out of Outsource Hub. Abundify is early — we're still shipping fast, still talking to the people using it, and still figuring out exactly what to build next. If you're one of our early users, thank you — the product is better because of the feedback we've gotten so far.
Our approach is pretty simple: don't gate the thing that actually matters (GST and BAS tracking) behind a paywall, don't overclaim what the product does, and build the features that give you real clarity over guesswork.
